Are You Artful?
Boy, it was fun putting this one together! You could say I got my "Artful" on .... crochet and distressed vintage thread, altered wood butterfly with vintage book paper and vintage rhinestones and resin glazed polymer clay flowers. Of course I needed to add loads of chain dangles with beads and charms.

As stated by Stanford Medical, It is really the one and ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years longer and weigh 42 lbs lighter than us.
(And really, it is not about genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING to related to "how" they eat.)
